Privacy Policy

QABL is a private reflection tool for engaged Muslim couples. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

What We Collect

When you create or join a session, we collect:

• Your first name
• Your gender (used only to personalize question wording)
• Your responses to the 15 questions
• The generated Clarity Map for your session

We do not collect your email address, phone number, or any other identifying information during beta.

How We Use Your Data

• Your responses are used solely to generate your Clarity Map
• Your data is never sold to third parties
• Your data is never used to train AI models
• Your responses are never shared with anyone outside your session

Who Can See Your Responses

Your individual responses are private. Only the Clarity Map — the AI-generated summary — is shared between both partners. Neither partner can see the other's raw answers.

Data Storage

Session data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted database provider. Sessions are identified by a randomly generated code and are not linked to any personal accounts during beta.

Data Retention

Session data is retained for 90 days after creation, after which it is permanently deleted. We do not archive or back up session responses beyond this period.
